Full Body Workout

A total body workout that will challenge you in every way. Participants will be challenged by running, using free weights, plyometrics, medicine balls, bands and their own bodyweight. Every workout of the month is different, so it’s guaranteed to keep things fresh. We are very good at modifying exercises to meet each client’s needs. Every fitness level is welcome.

Class times are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 6:00AM.

Cost: $275 per month

Drop in rate is $30 per class.
