At NuBody Training, we take training very seriously. |
| Our classes are for participants of all fitness levels, and employ wide variety of games, activities and exercises to make your workouts as fun as they are effective. Expect to laugh a lot, and leave sweaty, refreshed, and impressed by what you've accomplished that day!
We welcome and encourage beginners, advanced exercisers and everyone in between, so we'll help you gear your workout towards your individual goals, regardless of injury or experience. With a great instructor-student ratio, everyone is challenged appropriately, and NO ONE is left behind. We meet outdoors most of the time, but we are fortunate to have use of an indoor gym on very cold and rainy days. So, there's no excuse not to come to every workout! We suggest dressing in layers (even on chilly days, you will warm up) and wearing sunscreen, water-friendly clothing and running shoes that have good support. If your shoes are more than 6 months old, we recommend that you invest in a new pair. You may get a little dirty, so wear clothes you don't mind dusting off… |
