GROUP FITNESS Camaraderie means success. Reach your goals with group support.

NuBody courses take members through all the exercises they hate to do. The sprints, the hills, and the body weight exercises done at an intensity level that would be difficult to achieve alone, but when done in a group setting become fun. Yes, fun. After the first day of class, the program becomes addicting. This might be hard to believe for the uninitiated, but after two weeks in the program, our members can’t get enough. Fully 85% of our members sign up for another class, and the testimonials are unbelievable.

NuBody focuses on a combination of diet and exercise to get results. Our members keep a food journal, and the first part of every class is a dietary review. The instructor will then offer better food choices or let them know that they are right on track. All of the workouts are designed to challenge every fitness level all while doing the same exact workout. If a member follows the food plan and pushes themselves during the workouts, results are inevitable.

Personal Training is a perfect addition to our NuBody outdoor fitness courses. We utilize our new Personal Training studio to guide you through a safe and effective fitness program. The NuBody trainers will be there with you every step of the way. We focus on resistance training to complement the body-weight exercises and cardiovascular training done in the group setting.

Personal Training is a perfect option for people who are trying to kick-start their fitness program. If you're trying to drop inches off your waist, finally beat that personal best, or just reach doctor-prescribed health standards, we can help you achieve your goals.

Dear Stacy and NuBody Team,

Today was a big day for me in that one-year ago I set out on a course to get physically fit and at that time, I weighed in at 298 lb. This morning I weighed in at 262 lb. for a total years weight loss of 36 lb. I am ever so thankful to you and your team for the boost that you have added to my personal “get fit” campaign. I started a year ago by working out at the gym but realized that it was just not cutting it for me. I made some minor in-roads but didn’t really have what I needed in the way of direction and support to get the results that I was looking for. Just this year alone, (2008) year-to-date I have lost 20.6 lb and that is directly attributed to the time spent at the NuBody outdoor fitness program. I’m Strong! There is no doubt about it; I am stronger. Getting up off the sofa, getting out of a chair, bending over to pick something up; it’s all so much easier now. When I walk, my thighs don’t rub together like they used to, I feel lighter on my feet and my posture is changing dramatically. The physical benefits are great but I think one of the really big pay-offs is in the mental department.
